About the Program
The Water Collaborative & The City of New Orleans will partner with the goal of developing and testing a scalable Community Engagement Framework for community-centered planning and design for current and future resilience related infrastructure projects. We will conduct a series of focus groups and one-on-one interviews with various city departments and stakeholders aimed at understanding and evaluating previous resilience related community engagement successes and challenges, and further develop a framework and toolkit of community engagement strategies to be implemented cohesively across all resilience infrastructure projects.
